Census Day
On Thursday 15th January 2026, we have our Census Day. Census Day is an important day in the school calendar as the Government use the numbers of those who eat a Chartwells school meal on this day to identify the level of funding each school receives.
Put simply, the more children eating a school meal on this day, the more funding the school can access.
We need your support to grow our Government funding:
Please do not provide a packed lunch for your child on this day, unless you wish to opt out entirely - please let the Office know if this is the case.
