Y2 Virtual Reality Workshop
On Tuesday 20th January 2026, as part of our 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Blast Off! Topic, Year 2 will have the opportunity to take part in a Virtual Reality Space Workshop where the children will be able to explore the planets and moon, delving deeper into wonders of the solar system.
The cost of the workshop will be £7.95. We need to ask for a voluntary contribution towards the workshop. Please pay online via Scopay or by cash/debit card at the school office, please clearly label cash payments in an envelope labelled "Space VR Workshop" and place it in the trips box in the school office. Please make your contributions by Friday 9th January 2026. We continue to be very grateful to those that have very generously over-payed/contributed additional funds in the past.
Although the contribution is voluntary, we need to point out that we do need contributions in order for the workshop to go ahead. We appreciate that some families may find it particularly difficult to contribute all or part of the suggested sum and no child will be treated differently if this is the case. If you feel that you are in such a position, please do not hesitate to contact us in confidence to discuss whether some suitable arrangements can be made to cover the cost of your child’s participation.
