School Improvement Planning

Each year, we identify a number of key priorities for the improvement and development of the school during the academic year. These priorities are based on our self-evaluation of the school - our strengths and our areas for development. We identify these through the use of a number of different sources, such as:

• Internal and external data
• School monitoring
• National priorities and directives
• Successful strategies seen elsewhere
• Staff Performance Management
• Research-based approaches

For 2024/25, we have identified the following four priorities:

Priority 1 - Meeting all needs

Priority 2 - Development of Core Curriculum provision

Priority 3 - Development of Leadership

Priority 4 - Wellbeing/ resilience building
